What is SereneBlue ONE+?

SereneBlue ONE+ is a form of single session therapy aimed at helping you make immediate, meaningful progress when you need it most.

It doesn’t mean the therapy you receive is any different or less effective. The difference is in how it’s approached – the focus is on helping you make the best possible progress in a single session, rather that assuming there will be another.

SereneBlue ONE+ is inspired by the ONEplus Therapy approach developed by Professor Windy Dryden. He is one of the UK’s leading practitioners, authors and trainers in Single Session Therapy.

Preparation is all-important to help you make the most of ONE+ therapy. This includes a quick phone call and questionnaire to help you make the most of your therapy, and to make sure it’s right for you.

I’ll give you a 10-minute phone call to discuss your situation and check that ONE+ therapy is the right fit.

I’ll follow up with a short questionnaire to help clarify what you’d like to achieve and the issue you want to focus on.

STEP 1

Your therapy session

Your session typically lasts up to 90 minutes.

We’ll explore the issue, build on your existing strengths and use therapeutic approaches so you can leave with meaningful progress.

STEP 2

Follow up

Around three months later, I’ll arrange a brief follow-up call to see how you’re getting on, discuss what’s changed since our session, and answer any questions you may have.
